Week of March 29th

• Coordinators mail out (or email) Welcome Packets to new hires.

• Coordinators upload into Verinform Physician Profile matched applicant ERAS Common Application Form (not the entire file-no letters of rec.) See Instructions for Uploading Files into Verinform

• Intern schedule requests due to GME from Programs

• Request for Special Consideration in intern schedule due back from interns. Please forward to GME any forms that come directly to you so that the requests can be considered when the schedule is made.
• Email to GME: Diploma Request Form

• All GME Institutional paperwork due back to coordinators from applicants.

• Email to GME: Graduating/Exiting Housestaff List

• All paperwork on all new hires to be uploaded into Verinform Physician Profile– see New Hire/Promotion Paperwork Checklist and Instructions for Uploading Files into Verinform
• All Promotion Paperwork to be uploaded into Verinform Physician Profile– see New Hire/Promotion Paperwork Checklist and Instructions for Uploading Files into Verinform

• Mail original Employment Status Change form to Sally Oliver in the GME office.
